Former Barcelona defender Dani Alves marked the initial moments of his release from incarceration with a festivity that extended throughout the night at his $5.7 million estate.
Alves, 40, had been granted release after fulfilling a portion of his sentence for a rape conviction, posting a bail of million.
Initially sentenced to four-and-a-half years for an incident at a nightclub in December 2022, Alves successfully pursued an appeal from his residence.
Accompanied by his legal representative, Ines Guardiola, Alves emerged from Brians 2 Prison on Monday, as documented in recent reports.
Following his departure, the Brazilian athlete indulged in a late-night feast, expressing a preference for burgers.
Subsequent reports from Spain suggest Alves maintained the celebratory atmosphere well into the early hours, engaging in company with friends and family until 5 a.m.
Notably, the occasion also served as a commemoration of his father’s recent birthday, hosted in the opulent surroundings of his Esplugues de Llobregat villa, which he co-owns with his former spouse, Joana Sanz.
